Hi, I’m Kane — a teacher, iOS developer and podcaster, and the one-person studio behind Yugen Point. I’ve been called a modern Renaissance man, which mostly means I’ve never been able to pick just one passion. I love history, ideas and good stories as much as Swift and Xcode, and my best work happens where the two meet.
Yūgen is a Japanese word for a quiet, profound sense of the beauty of the world. It’s what I hope you feel when you use my apps: calm, clear software that helps you notice and remember the things that matter.
