Your travels are personal. My Travel Footprints is designed to help you remember where you have been without requiring an account.
Information you add
My Travel Footprints lets you record places you have visited, including countries, cities, attractions, dates, and notes you choose to add. This travel history is stored on your device. We do not operate user accounts and do not receive or store your travel history on our servers.
Location and maps
If you choose to use your current location, the app uses the location permission provided by iOS to show your position or help you record a place. Your precise location and saved travel history are not supplied to Google for advertising. You can change location access at any time in iOS Settings.
The app uses Apple Maps to display geographic information. Map requests may be processed by Apple in accordance with Apple’s privacy policy.
Advertising and Google AdMob
The app uses Google AdMob to display advertisements. Google and its advertising partners may automatically process information such as your device’s advertising identifier, IP address, device and app information, approximate location derived from your IP address, ad interactions, and diagnostic data. This information may be used to deliver and measure advertisements, limit how often they appear, and prevent fraud.
Depending on your region and the privacy choices you make, AdMob may show personalized, non-personalized, limited, or technical-delivery ads. Personalized advertising may use information about activity across apps and websites. Where required, the app will ask for consent before using information for personalized advertising or tracking. You can decline tracking through the iOS App Tracking Transparency prompt and manage available advertising choices in the app.

Other data collection and sharing
We do not operate user accounts, sell your travel history, or receive your saved travel records. Advertising data processed by Google and its partners is separate from the travel history stored by the app.
Standard device backups, including iCloud Backup when enabled, are controlled by you and handled by Apple under Apple’s terms and privacy policy.
Deleting your information
You can remove individual travel records using the app’s controls. You can remove all locally stored app information by deleting the app from your device. Backup copies are managed through your Apple and iCloud settings.
Children’s privacy
My Travel Footprints is not directed to children under 13. Google advertising must not use personalized advertising for users known to be under 13 or for child-directed content.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy if the app’s features or data practices change. The current version and effective date will appear on this page.
